About IMT-Systems
IMT-Systems is a specialized enterprise cloud service provider based in the Rhine-Main area. We operate highly available cloud, server and virtualization solutions for medium-sized and large enterprises – uncompromisingly sovereign, exclusively in Germany.
Who we are
We are an independent IT service company headquartered in Eschborn near Frankfurt am Main – in immediate proximity to the world’s largest internet exchange point, the DE-CIX. From this geographical location, we operate our entire infrastructure in several state-of-the-art data centers on the Digital Realty (Interxion) campus, providing our customers with optimal latency, excellent connectivity and – if required – geographically separated high availability.
What sets us apart
We are not large and that’s how we want to keep it. Instead of focusing on maximum scaling, we focus on what is structurally lost at hyperscalers: personal consulting, technical depth and long-term customer relationships.
Every request goes through a professional ticketing system (Jira Service Management) – traceable, documented and with clear response times. The decisive difference: behind every ticket is a dedicated contact person who knows your infrastructure. No anonymous first-level pool, but people who understand how your environment is built. We develop a tailored solution for each customer – instead of selling off pre-built tariffs.

Our tech stack
We exclusively use proven enterprise technology. Servers from Dell, storage from Dell and Ceph, network hardware from Dell, virtualization with Proxmox VE, VMware vSphere and Apache CloudStack. For container workloads, we offer production-ready Kubernetes clusters.
Our cloud platform CloudStack is a full, license-cost-free alternative to VMware vCloud – with the same enterprise features but without vendor lock-in.
Why Frankfurt
Frankfurt am Main is Europe’s internet hub. Through the DE-CIX, more than 600 carriers, ISPs and CDNs are directly accessible here. For our customers, this means measurably low latency – within Germany and throughout Europe. Our data centers meet the highest standards for security, availability and energy efficiency (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 50001, PCI-DSS), with 2N redundant UPS systems and N+1 diesel generators.
What we value
Quality over growth. We don’t sell hardware that we wouldn’t use ourselves. Our infrastructure is based on branded components with traceable lifecycles – not on cheap whitebox hardware.
Consulting over selling. If our solution doesn’t fit your use case, we’ll say so. We advise you honestly – even if it sometimes means that we’re not the right provider.
