What you get with us
Complete 19-inch rack (47 U)
You rent a fully lockable 19-inch RITTAL server rack with 47 rack units – ample space for hundreds of servers, storage systems or network components. Including cold-aisle containment for optimal thermal efficiency.
Half-racks and rackspace
For smaller requirements we also offer half-racks (24 U) or individual rack units. Ideal for startups, dedicated server clusters or as expansion to existing environments. Get in touch – we’ll build a fitting offer.
Redundant power supply (A+B feed)
Each rack is connected to two independent power circuits (A+B feed, 32 A each) – supplied from separate UPS strings with diesel backup generators (N+1). Your infrastructure stays online even during maintenance or component failures.
Connectivity at DE-CIX
Through our AS57358 you gain direct access to more than 600 carriers, ISPs and CDNs as well as peering to all relevant cloud providers (AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute, Google Cloud Interconnect). 1 Gbit/s or 10 Gbit/s redundant via LACP – on request with your own IPv4 and IPv6 networks and BGP connectivity.
24/7 access & remote hands
You have round-the-clock access to your rack – with multi-level biometric access control. If you can’t be on site yourself, our team handles remote-hands tasks on request: cable swaps, reboots, hardware replacements, inventory checks.
